3 MLB FanDuel Studs to Target on 8/7/18
Gregory Polanco has a batted-ball profile well suited for Coors Field. Which other high-priced players should be on your radar for Tuesday?

Gregory Polanco, OF, Pittsburgh Pirates

Price: $3,900

Gregory Polanco isn't priced up as high as we usually see for top studs, but his upside tonight is no joke.

He's in the league's most hitter-friendly park on the road against the Colorado Rockies, and he also draws a terrific pitching matchup against righty Chad Bettis.

Bettis has struggled to the tune of a 4.78 SIERA through 17 starts in 2018, which is right in line with his 4.74 from 2017. Oddsmakers have the Pittsburgh Pirates as slight favorites in this one, and most books have the over/under at 11.0, which is tied for the highest on the slate.

Polanco isn't a day-in and day-out stud like Jose Ramirez, but he's got a ton of pop against righties, and his numbers are particularly well-suited for a game at Coors. Against right-handed pitching, his solid .366 wOBA comes with an excellent .274 ISO, and his 37.0% hard-hit rate and huge 52.5% fly-ball rate are particularly appealing in the thin air at Coors, where hard fly balls have an even better shot of going yard than they usually do.
