Michael Brantley continues to control the strike zone despite mediocre results in the second half. Since the start of July, he's paired 8.5% walks with a barely-there 5.9% strikeout rate, all the while stroking 43.4% hard contact and 25% line drives.
A mere .132 isolated slugging (ISO) over that span has tempered Brantley's surface production, but the skills indicators are simply too strong for the resurgent Cleveland Indians star to remain dormant for much longer.
Brantley and the Tribe should put a licking on some dicey starters on the Cincinnati and Baltimore staffs this week, and Brantley offers significant upside at a FanDuel salary at or below $4,000.
