Cody Bellinger has smacked 19 home runs on the year, and perhaps more impressively, he stole his ninth base of the season yesterday. That gives him four steals over the last 11 games, and he now owns a solid .345 weighted-on base average (wOBA) in 2018.

Where Bellinger has struggled on the season is against same-sided arms, and he will face a doozy tonight in Madison Bumgarner. On the year, the southpaw has limited lefty bats to a .288 wOBA, 29.4% strikeout rate, and 23.3% fly-ball rate. Bellinger has recorded only a .309 wOBA in this split.

Bellinger may sit this contest out tonight, but if he is in the lineup, he still may be best to avoid.
