Fantasy Baseball: 5 Pitchers to Stream in Week 23
After a surprisingly strong turn at Houston, Andrew Heaney draws a favorable two-start slate in Week 23. What other widely available starters should be on your radar?

Matt Harvey, Cincinnati Reds

Starts: September 3rd at Pittsburgh Pirates, September 8th vs. San Diego Padres
ESPN ownership: 15.7%

No one was fooled when Matt Harvey limited opponents to six earned runs over a 29-inning stretch earlier in the summer. And when Harvey proceeded to get bombed for 15 earned over his next 3 appearances, we all patted ourselves on the back for seeing it coming.

But if we're really as smart as we think we are, we have to admit that Harvey is an interesting two-start streamer this week. The Cincinnati Reds' righty draws a Pittsburgh team that, yes, lit him up for eight earned on four homers back in July, but which has been pretty much been rolling over for right-handers since then.

Over the last month, the Pirates have a .109 team ISO against righties. Meanwhile, the perennially beatable Padres boast a .295 group OBP against right-handers in that span, with a 25.6% team strikeout rate to boot.
