4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 9/18/18
Miguel Sano has a low floor but huge upside in tonight's matchup with Tigers southpaw Daniel Norris. What other cheap bats should you target?

Logan Forsythe, 2B, Minnesota Twins

Price: $2,200

Logan Forsythe is another Minnesota righty who has struggled to produce in 2018, with a .280 wOBA over 380 plate appearances.

Like Sano, though, he's got the platoon advantage against Norris. He's also making some terrific contact of his own, giving him plenty of upside for a guy who is priced only $200 above minimum salary.

Forsythe has a significant 143-plate-appearance sample against southpaws this year, and in that split, he has mashed a 42.7% hard-hit rate and 36.9% fly-ball rate, with only an 11.7% soft-hit rate. He has shown that he can turn that contact into production (.381 wOBA, .161 ISO against lefties in 2017), and he is more than capable of taking advantage of this matchup.
