5 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 4/29/19
The Brewers draw a tough matchup with lefty Kyle Freeland on Monday. That doesn't mean we can't expect big things from Ryan Braun.

Tyler Flowers, C, Atlanta Braves

Price: $2,700

Right back to the Braves' lineup, Tyler Flowers gives us access to a little more pop.

He hasn't posted a hard-hit rate below 37% since the 2015 season, so while his .431 wOBA and .224 ISO this season aren't sustainable marks (coming over only 54 plate appearances), we know we can count on him to keep making some terrific contact.

Flowers is putting the ball into the air more this season, with a big jump in launch angle, per Baseball Savant, and he's also on pace for his highest average exit velocity since 2016. So while regression should be coming for him, it wouldn't be a surprise if we saw him continue to post some above-average numbers moving forward.

Even if he just returns to average, though, he has a .344 wOBA and .154 ISO over 1,045 plate appearances with the Braves, and getting production like that on the cheap offers strong value, especially while the Braves are poised to score plenty of runs tonight.
