Steve Pearce has been outright dominant versus left-handed pitching this season, posting a 2015 Stanton-esque line of 5 homers, .459 ISO, and .574 wOBA in 41 plate appearances.

While his power splits were down last season, his 2016 numbers look eerily similar to his 2014 season when he totaled a .378 ISO and .472 wOBA against southpaws.

He’ll face Wei-Yin Chen tonight, who has been much better this season. However, a year ago, Chen allowed a .226 ISO and 25 home runs to right-handed hitters.

For someone with these power numbers, Pearce should be priced well above $4,000 when he faces a lefty. Alas, he’s $3,600 and is a stud option in any format tonight.
