With Surkamp on the mound, it's pretty tempting to just write up four Twins bats and call it a day. I'll show a little self-restraint, though, and limit myself by offering up the other strongest play in Brian Dozier.
We've looked at just how terrible Surkamp is against righties, and Dozier, despite his slow start to the season, has hit lefties well over his career. He has a career .359 wOBA and .219 ISO against left-handed pitching, and even this season, while he's on pace for one of his least productive years, he's batting .350 against lefties.
Dozier always offers plenty of upside, and against Surkamp, he is a major value tonight.
