4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Studs to Target on 6/2/16
Hitting atop the Rockies' lineup, Charlie Blackmon is in a great spot today. What other high-priced players are in line for a big day?

Mookie Betts, OF, Boston Red Sox

FanDuel Price: $4,500

If you’ve been out of commission for the last two nights, you have missed the Mookie Betts Show. With five jacks in his last two games, the dude is straight flames right now.

The price tag for Boston’s leadoff hitter is expensive -- although not astronomical -- and Betts is our fifth-ranked bat for tonight’s series finale against the Baltimore Orioles at hitter-friendly Camden Yards. Boston’s implied total of 5.01 runs is the second-highest of the slate, and despite the Rockies’ home exploits, it’s Boston who boasts baseball’s top offense.

Baltimore is giving the ball to righty Ubaldo Jimenez. Despite being a right-handed hitter, Betts hits same-sided pitchers better, sporting a .362 wOBA versus righties for his career. Jimenez can have some of the game’s best stuff when he’s on, but he hasn't been on very often this year, sporting an ugly 4.74 SIERA and inflated 12.0% walk rate.
