4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 6/2/16
Mark Teixeira has big upside against Matt Boyd and the Tigers tonight. Who else should you target for big time fantasy value?

Corey Dickerson, OF, Tampa Bay Rays

FanDuel Price: $2,800

This probably doesn't come as shocking news to many people, but with his drastic platoon splits, Corey Dickerson's production against right-handed pitching borders on elite. Among 191 qualifying hitters, his .306 ISO against righties ranks fourth in the Majors this season. This is no fluke either. Over his career, he has posted a .388 wOBA and .271 ISO against righties.

Kyle Gibson was to start for the Twins tonight, making Dickerson an appealing play in daily fantasy. Gibson has a career 4.28 SIERA, and has really struggled to start this season. His 5.41 SIERA is on pace to be the worst of his career, and his walk rate (11.9 percent) is higher than his strikeout rate (10.9 percent).

Phil Hughes, instead, is getting the ball tonight. Hughes, a righty, owns a career 4.00 SIERA and a SIERA of 4.92 this season. His strikeout rate is just 13.0%, and his swinging strike rate is just 6.5%.

Hughes owns a career 4.27 xFIP against lefties and a .324 wOBA. Even with the pitching switch, Dickerson is in a great position to produce big numbers tonight.
