David Peralta, despite losing a month of the season on the disabled list, has been putting together a decent season from the plate. He's hitting .257/.309/.450 while boasting a solid .339 wOBA and .198 isolated slugging against right-handed pitching. The success against righties should come as no surprise as, over his three-year career, he has a .380 wOBA and .212 isolated slugging with a 34.4 percent hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching.
He draws a good matchup tonight against Mike Bolsinger, who has struggled to start his 2016 campaign. His 4.12 SIERA and 5.75 ERA are both higher than his marks of 4.04 and 3.62, respectively, in 2015. Bolsinger has allowed a career .357 wOBA to left-handed hitters, and, especially being at home at the hitter-friendly Chase Field, Peralta is in a good position to do some damage tonight.
