Troy Tulowitzki is a guy who's always worth a long, hard look when his salary gets this low.

He has been on a tear since his return from injury on June 18, hitting .313/.355/.563 with a .387 wOBA and .250 isolated slugging, and he's in a great spot tonight as the Jays boast the highest implied total of the day, 6.06, as they take on Colin Rea and the San Diego Padres.

Rea hasn't looked good this year, with a 4.83 SIERA which brings him up to a 4.66 through his first two seasons in the Majors. He is likely going to get shelled tonight, and getting Tulo for this cheap while he offers elite upside is hard to pass up.
