Well, Opening Day sure did not disappoint! Between multiple walk-off wins, a three-dinger day out of Matt Davidson, an inside-the-park home run by Eduardo Nunez, and Ty Blach besting the great Clayton Kershaw, we had a little bit of everything to remind us what makes baseball such a fun game. Oh, and that Giancarlo Stanton guy is pretty good too. And you know what? We get to do it all over again today!

Pitchers to Target
High-Priced Pitchers
Robbie Ray ($9,500 on FanDuel): The pitching situation is decidedly different from yesterday. Whereas Opening Day had a slew of aces to choose from, Friday's group is a notable step down, with no pitcher hitting five figures in FanDuel salary. For that reason, Robbie Ray, who's normally more of a tournament-only play, shakes out as the top arm in all formats. Don't get me wrong: his upside ranks with the best, with a pristine 32.8% strikeout rate in 2017, to go with a 3.53 SIERA. The downside? A 10.7% walk rate and 40.4% hard-hit rate allowed. That makes Ray a little more high variance than we like to see in cash games, but his strikeouts are so above and beyond everyone else's on the rest of the slate that he's still the best all-around option. The matchup against the Colorado Rockies is nothing special, but they only have a 3.62 implied team total, and if nothing else, the mystery effects of the humidor can only help Ray.
