We have a plethora of solid hurlers taking the mound on Monday's 10-game slate, but only a handful of matchups figure to benefit us for DFS purposes. On the other hand, this leaves tonight's offenses concentrated to fewer spots than we've grown accustomed to lately, with the Minnesota Twins, Milwaukee Brewers, Oakland Athletics, and Toronto Blue Jays standing out.
Our daily helper is available every day to analyze FanDuel's main slate and help give you a starting point when you're building lineups. Be sure to also incorporate our great tools into your research process. Whether you're looking for daily projections, the latest starting lineups and weather, or batting and pitching heat maps to find the best matchups -- we've got you covered! And don't forget to take a listen to The Solo Shot podcast with Jim Sannes, who breaks down the MLB daily fantasy slate each day.
On that note, let's highlight some of the top options for today's FanDuel main slate.

High-Priced Pitchers
Gerrit Cole ($10,600 on FanDuel): Even on a night with Corey Kluber -- who draws a difficult matchup against the Boston Red Sox -- Gerrit Cole's 2018 marks are peerless on this slate, with a pristine 2.86 SIERA, 34.9% strikeout rate, and 8.0% walk rate. However, he's facing a solid Seattle Mariners squad for the third time in five starts, and Seattle now has Robinson Cano back in the fold. Although the Mariners are sporting just a 3.49 implied team total, this probably isn't the spot to expect a ceiling performance from Cole, as the Mariners own the fifth-lowest strikeout rate versus righties (20.1%). That said, it's tough to argue with that massive strikeout rate, which still puts Cole among the top plays on the board tonight.
