Chris Sale ($11,200 on FanDuel): The weather forecast in New York is particularly important for this evening's slate because Chris Sale is set to take the mound against the Yankees. Sale's really turned things around in May, with a massive 43.8% strikeout rate over his last five starts, and while he's coming off a pair of modest FanDuel performances against the Astros -- no shame in that -- prior to that he had rattled off scores of 58, 67, and 70 fantasy points. The Yankees at home are never a treat for opposing pitchers, though it's worth noting that their active roster has produced the third-worst wRC+ (74) against lefties with a 25.6% strikeout rate. Obviously, this could be the effect of all the injuries the Yankees have endured, and even if we expand the sample to include 2018, this group has a pretty average 102 wRC+ and 20.1% strikeout rate. Few can match Sale's enormous ceiling, and if the weather permits, it's worth taking the plunge.
