Pitchers to Target
High-Priced Pitchers
Chris Sale ($11,200 on FanDuel): Like just about any night when he starts, Chris Sale is the crown jewel of tonight's hurlers, fanning at least eight batters in 12 of his last 13 starts while hitting double-digit punchouts 10 times. Over that span, he's put up a 2.51 SIERA and 40.2% strikeout rate, both of which are the league's best marks among qualified starters. He had a modest performance by his standards a couple starts ago against this same Blue Jays squad, but the matchup is ripe for a ceiling game against an active roster that owns a 94 wRC+ and 23.5% strikeout rate versus southpaws.
