Monday's nine-game slate comes around with some solid arms to choose from, though only one exceeds the $10k mark, so it won't be difficult to load up on bats in tournaments. The Houston Astros are one team in particular we'll want a piece of, with easily the highest implied total on the board.

On that note, let's highlight some of the top options for today's FanDuel main slate.
Pitchers to Target
High-Priced Pitcher
Trevor Bauer ($10,200 on FanDuel): Trevor Bauer is that one hurler priced in the $10k range, so he's essentially the best high-priced arm by default, but a date with the Padres certainly adds to his appeal. San Diego's active roster enters tonight with a 26.3% strikeout rate and 86 wRC+ against right-handed pitching, and Bauer's 27.6% strikeout rate is well suited to take advantage. However, Bauer hasn't exactly been the most trustworthy pitcher lately, most recently getting annihilated by the Nationals for nine earned runs in just 4.1 innings, and he was similarly lit up by the Royals in his final start with the Indians at the end of July. Add in that he's allowing a 39.7% hard-hit rate and 38.9% fly-ball rate this season, and he's not the most comfortable start at hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park. Still, the ceiling remains intact, as just a couple starts ago he posted an 11-strikeout, 61-point masterpiece against the Cubs, and the matchup is right for that kind of result.
