His 3.49 SIERA is easily the night's best -- and the only one below 4.00 -- and he's one of just two hurlers with a strikeout rate above 29%, while everyone else comes in at below 26%. Strasburg also draws a solid matchup against the St. Louis Cardinals, whose active roster holds a 93 wRC+ and 22.5% strikeout rate versus right-handed pitching.
