All four Division Series are in play on Monday, officially marking the final time we'll have a four-game MLB slate in 2019. Much like Friday's schedule, the four games will be spread throughout the day, with the first beginning at 1:05 pm ET and the last at 8:40 pm ET.
Our daily helper is available every day to analyze FanDuel's main slate and help give you a starting point when you're building lineups. Be sure to also incorporate our great tools into your research process. Whether you're looking for daily projections, the latest starting lineups and weather, or batting and pitching heat maps to find the best matchups -- we've got you covered!
On that note, let's highlight some of the top options for today's FanDuel main slate.
Pitchers to Target
Max Scherzer ($11,000 on FanDuel): Max Scherzer had a mixed performance against the Brewers in the NL Wild Gard Game, allowing three earned runs over five innings (including two home runs) with three walks and six strikeouts. However, he performed well out of the bullpen in Game 2 of the NLDS, striking out the side in the eighth inning. With the Nationals down 2-1 in the series to the Dodgers, Scherzer will almost certainly have a short leash if things don't go his way early, and Los Angeles obviously presents a tough matchup -- all of which adds risk at his slate-high price tag. Still, we know what he's capable of when he's on his game, and despite some struggles down the stretch, he still held strong peripherals with a 3.06 SIERA, 34.2% strikeout rate, and 5.1% walk rate over his final seven regular season starts.
