Detroit Tigers outfielder Derek Hill (sinus) is not in the starting lineup again for Wednesday afternoon's game against right-hander Mitch Keller and the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Hill is out of the lineup for a second straight game as he continues to deal with some sinus issues, per Tigers manager A.J. Hinch. The outfielder was available off the bench Tuesday and he will presumably be ready for the call in Wednesday's matinee. Kody Clemens, Daz Cameron, and Austin Meadows are starting across the outfield for Detroit. Moving forward, the emergence of Cameron could cut into Hill's playing time more than sinus issues or any other ailment.
numberFire’s models project Cameron for 7.9 FanDuel points on Wednesday, and he has a $2,300 salary. Per our MLB Heat Map, Keller has the fifth-highest walk rate this season (10.1%) out of Wednesday's 30 listed starters.
