Boston Red Sox infielder Yolmer Sanchez is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Cleveland Guardians.
Sanchez will move to the bench on Thursday with Jeter Downs starting at second base. Downs will bat ninth versus right-hander Triston McKenzie and Cleveland.
