Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Alex Manoah is not starting in Tuesday's first game against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Julian Merryweather will take the mound on Tuesday afternoon after Alex Manoah was scratched against their division rivals.
Through 23.0 innings this season, Merryweather has recorded a a 20.8% strikeout rate and a 4.26 expected earned run average.
