Miami Marlins first baseman Lewin Diaz is not in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against left-hander Wade Miley and the Chicago Cubs.
The lefty-hitting Diaz will take a seat as the Marlins go with all right-handed bats against the Cubs' southpaw. Charles Leblanc will replace Diaz on first base and bat second.
Leblanc has a $2,100 salary on Monday and numberFire’s models project him for 8.5 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Marlins’ implied total (3.70) is No. 7 in the majors today.
