Baltimore Orioles catcher Adley Rutschman is not starting in Wednesday's lineup against the Boston Red Sox.
Rutschman will watch from the bench after Robinson Chirinos was chosen as Baltimore's starting catcher.
Per Baseball Savant on 300 batted balls this season, Rutschman was accounted for a 8% barrel rate and a .344 expected weighted on-base average.
