Chicago Cubs utility player Luis Torrens is not in the starting lineup against right-hander Mason Miller and the Oakland Athletics in Wednesday afternoon's series finale.
Edwin Rios will replace Torrens at designated hitter and bat fifth. Trey Mancini is out of the lineup for a second straigth game. Cody Bellinger will be the Cubs' cleanup batter.
