Baltimore Orioles second baseman Adam Frazier is not in the lineup versus left-hander Tyler Anderson and the Los Angeles Angels in Thursday afternoon's series finale.
The left-handed hitting Frazier will take a breather versus the Angels' southpaw. Joey Ortiz will shift to the keystone while Jorge Mateo starts at shortstop and bats seventh. Gunnar Henderson will drop three spots to hit eighth.

Anderson has a 5.78 SIERA, 14.4% strikeout rate, and 10.9% walk rate over seven starts this season. He also owns a career-worst 44.4% fly-ball rate and is allowing 1.59 home runs per nine frames against right-handed batters.
