The Pittsburgh Pirates will not start Chris Owings in their lineup for Monday's game against the San Francisco Giants.
Owings will take a seat on Monday while Tucupita Marcano starts at shortstop and bats leadoff for the Pirates.
The journeyman infielder has 4 hits in 21 plate appearances so far this season.
