Minnesota Twins outfielder Alex Kirilloff has been scratched from the lineup Sunday in the team's game against the Cleveland Guardians.
Kirilloff is dealing with an illness. As a result, he has been removed from the lineup for Sunday's contest. Kyle Garlick will now start in left field, batting eighth in the order versus Guardians starter Triston McKenzie.
In 98 plate appearances this season, Kirilloff has a .304 batting average with a .907 OPS, 3 home runs, 12 runs and 9 RBI.
