The Philadelphia Phillies did not list Kody Clemens in their starting lineup for Sunday's game against the New York Mets.
Clemens will take a seat Sunday while the Phillies bring in Edmundo Sosa to cover third base and bat ninth against the Mets. Alec Bohm will take over at first base for Clemens.
Clemens has improved in his second season up in the majors. He's hitting .228 with a .649 OPS and has 4 home runs, 13 runs, and 13 RBI in his 136 plate appearances.
