Miami Marlins infielder Yuli Gurriel (face) has been scratched from Thursday's game against the Boston Red Sox.
Gurriel injured his face while taking warmups on Thursday and has been removed from the starting lineup. Jean Segura will enter the lineup at third base and bat fifth versus right-hander Brayan Bello and Boston.
Segura is batting 0.196 this season in 234 plate appearances.
