Los Angeles Angels infielder David Fletcher is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the San Diego Padres.
Fletcher will move to the bench on Tuesday with Andrew Velazquez starting at shortstop. Velazquez will bat ninth versus right-hander Joe Musgrove and the Padres.
