Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Kevin Gausman (side) will not start in Saturday's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Chris Bassitt will take the mound on Saturday after Gausman was forced to sit with left side discomfort.
In 109.2 innings this season, Bassitt has produced a 4.43 expected Fielding Independent Pitching Rating and a 21.9% K-rate.
