New York Yankees first baseman Anthony Rizzo is not starting in Wednesday's lineup versus the Los Angeles Angels.
Rizzo will take a seat in Los Angeles after Giancarlo Stanton was picked as New York's designated hitter and Franchy Cordero aligned in right field.
Per Baseball Savant on 248 batted balls this season, Rizzo has recorded a 7.3% barrel rate and a .245 expected average.
