Toronto Blue Jays designated hitter/first baseman Brandon Belt (back) is back in the lineup for Friday's series opener against right-hander Chris Flexen and the Colorado Rockies.
Belt was held out the last two games with a lingering back issue, but he's returning to DH and cleanup duty on Friday. George Springer is starting in right field while Cavan Biggio takes a seat and Whit Merrifield is moving down two spots to bat sixth.
