Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Luke Raley has been removed from the lineup Saturday in the team's game against the Baltimore Orioles.
No reason has yet been given for why Raley was scratched. In any case, he will no longer start. Josh Lowe is taking over in right field, batting fourth in the order versus Orioles starter Grayson Rodriguez.
In 405 plate appearances this season, Raley has a .250 batting average with an .826 OPS, 19 home runs, 56 runs, 49 RBI and 14 stolen bases.
