Los Angeles Angels infielder Kyren Paris has been removed from the lineup Sunday in the team's game against the Detroit Tigers.
No reason has yet been given for Paris' sudden absence. In any case, he will no longer start. Zach Neto is now in the lineup, hitting ninth versus Tigers starter Miguel Diaz.
In 42 plate appearances this season, Paris has a .111 batting average with a .331 OPS, 4 runs, 1 RBI and 3 stolen bases.
