Kansas City Royals outfielder Dairon Blanco is not in the lineup for Monday afternoon's series opener against right-hander Cal Quantrill and the Cleveland Guardians.
Blanco will sit after he went 0-for-6 with 2 steals and a strikeout the last two games. Drew Waters will move to right field in place of Blanco while Kyle Isbel starts in center and hits ninth.
