Tampa Bay Rays infielder Jonathan Aranda will start on first base and bat leadoff in Tuesday's series opener against right-hander Tanner Houck and the Boston Red Sox.
Aranda will fill in for Yandy Diaz (hamstring) as the Rays begin a three-game set in Boston. Junior Caminero will hit second and Isaac Paredes will bat third, with Josh Lowe handling cleanup duty for the Rays.
