Chicago White Sox infielder Elvis Andrus will start at shortstop and bat leadoff on Wednesday against right-hander Brandon Pfaadt and the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Andrus will slide over in the field and up in the order while Tim Anderson takes a seat. He hit seventh on Tuesday and went 1-for-4 with a double and a strikeout.
numberFire’s models project Andrus ($5,000) for 9.7 FanDuel points on Wednesday's single-game slate. Per our MLB Heat Map, the White Sox's implied total is 4.22 and the game total is 9.5. Pfaadt is limiting his walks this season (6.5%), but he has an underwhelming 21.6% strikeout rate with a hard-hit rate in the bottom 12th percentile of the league.
