The Los Angeles Dodgers did not list Austin Barnes in their lineup for Monday's game against the San Francisco Giants.
Barnes will move back to the bench while Will Smith takes over at catcher and bats fourth.
Barnes singled and walked in three plate appearances in his first game of the season.
