Miami Marlins outfielder Avisail Garcia is not in the lineup for Thursday afternoon's series opener against right-hander Lance Lynn and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Garcia started against lefties the past two games, but Jesus Sanchez will take back over in right field and hit sixth on Thursday afternoon.
