Chicago White Sox infielder Paul DeJong is not in the lineup for Monday's series opener against right-hander Triston McKenzie and the Cleveland Guardians.
DeJong is absent for a second consecutive game. Braden Shewmake will make another start at shortstop and bat seventh on Monday.
