The Tampa Bay Rays did not list Richie Palacios as a starter for Monday's game against the Los Angeles Angels.
Randy Arozarena will start in left field and bat third for the Rays Monday, pushing Palacios to the bench.
Palacios is projected for 3 home runs, 19 runs, 18 RBI, and a .254 batting average over 179 more plate appearances this season.
