Boston Red Sox outfielder Wilyer Abreu is not in the lineup for Tuesday afternoon's series opener against right-hander Corbin Burnes and the Baltimore Orioles.
The Red Sox will start Jarren Duran, Ceddanne Rafaela, and Tyler O'Neill across the outfield. Abreu started in right field last game and went 0-for-2 with a strikeout.
