Oakland Athletics infielder Ryan Noda has been scratched from Tuesday's game against the Texas Rangers.
Noda has been removed from Tuesday's starting lineup. Tyler Nevin will start at first base and bat seventh versus right-hander Nathan Eovaldi and the Rangers.
Oakland's implied team total of 3.61 runs is the third-lowest team total on Tuesday's main slate.
