Texas Rangers infielder Jared Walsh is not in the lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against left-hander JP Sears and the Oakland Athletics.
The left-handed hitting Walsh will sit against a southpaw for the second time in the series. Ezequiel Duran will cover first base and bat sixth.
