Boston Red Sox outfielder Ceddanne Rafaela is not in the lineup for Thursday's series finale against right-hander Grayson Rodriguez and the Baltimore Orioles.
Rafaela will sit for the second time in four games. Jarren Duran will move to center field and Tyler O'Neill will start in left, while Wilyer Abreu will man the other corner and hit fifth.
