Max Schuemann was not listed in the Oakland Athletics' lineup for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Guardians.
Schuemann will take a seat Sunday while Seth Brown joins the lineup in left field and hits third against right-hander Tanner Bibee.
Schuemann notched his first career home run in last night's game. He's batting .143 to open the season.
