Carlos Martinez was scheduled to pitch against Mat Latos in a battle of right-handers on Wednesday night. The contest will be made up as part of a split doubleheader on Thursday in St. Louis.
The Cardinals are currently 21st in numberFire's MLB Team Power Rankings while the Blue Jays come in at 29th, ahead of only the Kansas City Royals.
