Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun (trapezius) remains absent from the starting lineup on Tuesday night.
What It Means:
Braun is missing the second-straight game with tightness in his trapezius muscle. He is still considered day-to-day. Nick Franklin is manning left field and batting sixth versus Carlos Martinez and the St. Louis Cardinals on Tuesday.
Franklin is batting just .107 with one home run and four RBI's in 28 plate appearances this season.
